Choose by how you enjoy it
Begin with the way you plan to prepare your matcha, then explore the producer, origin and flavor of each tea.
Many producers.
One carefully considered selection.
Maru-Take-Ebisu opened in Nagoya in 2016 as a specialist shop introducing Kyoto tea and traditional Japanese craft.
We visit tea shops and producers, taste their matcha and present each product according to its own character. Rather than relying on a single marketing label, we consider origin, producer, cultivation, processing, flavor, freshness and intended use.
Our role is not to make every matcha seem the same. It is to help each customer find the right one.
