【歴史と伝統】

製造を手掛けるのは、創業450年を誇る宇治の老舗「上林春松本店」。

江戸時代には、茶師の最高位である「御物御茶師（ごもつおちゃし）」として、徳川将軍家や各大名にお茶を納めてきた歴史を持ちます。現在は十四代目当主のもと、その誇りと伝統的な製法を守り続けています。

■「綾の森」の由来とこだわり

「綾の森（あやのもり）」の名は、宇治の非常に古い茶園に由来します。

室町幕府（足利将軍家）によって「宇治七茗園」が拓かれるよりもさらに昔、その以前から存在していた古園の名を受け継ぐ、由緒ある銘です。

歴史の深さを感じながら、カジュアルに本物の抹茶を楽しみたい方におすすめです。

Named after an Ancient Tea Garden:

The name "Ayanomori" comes from an ancient tea garden in Uji.

It is said that this garden existed even before the famous "Uji Shichimeien" (Seven Famous Gardens) were established by the Muromachi Shogunate. This tea carries the name of that historic site.

Authentic Heritage:

Produced by Kanbayashi Shunsho Honten, a legendary tea house in Uji established 450 years ago.
