いつも「京都アンテナショップ丸竹夷」をご愛顧いただき、本当にありがとうございます。
日々、皆様からいただく温かいお言葉や、リピートしてくださるご注文が、私どもの何よりの励みになっております。

本日は、返品規定の変更について重要なお知らせがございます。 これまで商品到着後「7日以内」としておりました返品・交換の期限を、「商品到着後5日以内」に変更させていただきます。




おかげさまで当店は本当に素敵なお客様に恵まれています。
特に抹茶ブームになってからは当店の取り扱い点数が国内最大規模ということもあり、抹茶のご注文が非常に多くなりました。これまではほうじ茶や煎茶の影に隠れていた抹茶が多くのお客様の手元に届き美味しく飲んでいただけるのは非常に嬉しいです。
何よりお茶の味や価格だけでなく、当店が大事にしている生産者の想いまで受け取ってくださる皆様とのやり取りは、私の宝物です。

当店をご利用いただく9割以上のお客様は、本当にマナーが良く、お茶を心から愛してくださる素敵な方ばかりです。

しかし、その一方で、ごく一部ではありますが、商品到着後に理不尽な理由で返品を迫られるケースが増えてきているのも事実です。 生産者の方が一生懸命作り、私が心を込めて梱包したお茶が、そのような形で扱われるのは本当に悲しいことですし、その対応に追われることで、9割以上の善良なお客様へのサービスがおろそかになってはいけないと強く感じました。

「ルールを厳しくする」ということは、いつもご贔屓にしてくださっている皆様にまでご不便をおかけするかもしれず、本当に悩みました。

ですが、「良い商品を、本当に必要としている方へ、真っ直ぐにお届けする」というこの店のあり方を守るため、どうかこの変更をお許しください。


 

【変更点】

• 不良品等のご連絡は、商品到着後5日以内にお願いいたします。 （到着しましたら、なるべく早めに開封して中身をご確認ください）

   

到着後5日を過ぎた場合、いかなる理由（初期不良含む）であっても返品・交換はお受けできません。 また、お客様都合による返品（賞味期限の残日数を理由とするもの等）は固くお断りしております。

転売目的と思われる不当な返品要求に対しては、厳格に対処（法的措置含む）いたします。
 

これからも、お茶を愛する皆様に喜んでいただける店作りを続けていくとともに、皆様に「ここで買ってよかった」と思っていただけるよう、真摯にお茶と向き合ってまいります。
そしてこれによりお茶以外の工芸品などにも全ての商品にこの返品規約の変更が反映されますことご了承くださいませ。

[Important] Update to Return Policy and a Request to Our Valued Customers

Today, I have an important announcement regarding a change to our return policy. Effective immediately, the period for returns and exchanges, which was previously "within 7 days" of arrival, will be shortened to "within 5 days of product arrival."

■ Background of the Change To be honest, recently there has been an increase in unfortunate cases, such as purchases suspected to be for resale purposes and unreasonable claims regarding expiration dates.

Over 90% of our customers are truly wonderful people with excellent manners who deeply love Matcha. However, dealing with a small number of heartless actions takes up significant time and effort. I want to avoid a situation where this detracts from the service I provide to my "wonderful customers" and the time dedicated to delivering quality products.

• Previous: Within 7 days of arrival

• New Policy: Within 5 days of arrival Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival.

Tea is a food product where freshness is vital. It is made with great care by producers like Shogyokuen and Kanbayashi Shunsho Honten. I hope you understand that this is a "protective measure" to continue delivering these products at the right price and quality to those who appreciate their value.

Please also note that this change in the return policy applies to all products, including traditional crafts and other non-tea items.
